Steve Nowotarski is a member of the Executive Committee and Garden Dahlia Committee of the American Dahlia Society. An award-winning hybridizer of new dahlias, Steve also volunteers as Director of the Dahlia Display Garden at Planting Fields Arboretum State Historic Park in Oyster Bay, New York.
